Tuaam-e-Miskeen Foundation · Pakistan

Urban Pakistan adopts rural Pakistan.

Since 2020 we have fed families, brought them clean water, and rebuilt what the floods took — in districts most organisations never reach — across Balochistan, Sindh, Punjab, KP and Gilgit-Baltistan. Now you can adopt one family for the long term, and see every rupee reach them.

Our mission

A healthy, educated and hunger-free Pakistan.

We work in remote areas deprived of food, clean water, health and education — through district coordinators and volunteers, not branch offices. Every programme is built on one instruction from our founder: feed the hungry where nobody else goes.

About TMF →

  • Feed

Tandoors, dastarkhwans and monthly rations in 30 cities and the villages beyond them.

  • Water

Hand pumps, borings and supply schemes where women and children walk for hours to fetch water.

  • Livelihood

Carts, sewing machines, livestock and seed so a family can earn with dignity.

  • Rebuild

Homes and mosques rebuilt after the floods of 2022 and 2025.

Adopt a Family

One household. One family. For the long term.

You commit to a verified rural family. We pay their grocer, school, pharmacy and clothing supplier directly — never cash — and send you the receipt every month. From Rs 5,000 a month as a quarter share, or Rs 20,000 for a full package.

What a full month covers

  • RationRs 8,000
  • School feeRs 5,000
  • MedicineRs 2,000
  • ClothingRs 3,333
  • Programme delivery and verificationRs 1,667
  • Full packageRs 20,000

This covers coordinator costs, verification and the ledger that produces your receipts. We publish it rather than fold it into the other lines.

How adoption works

  1. 01

    You pledge

Choose a full, half or quarter share. You get a reference code and our IBAN. No card, no gateway.

  2. 02

    You transfer

Bank transfer with the reference in the narration. We match it to your pledge when we import the bank statement.

  3. 03

    We pay the vendor

A coordinator pays the grocer, school and pharmacy directly. The family never handles cash.

  4. 04

    You see the receipt

Each payment is photographed, verified by a second person, and posted to your ledger. One digest a month.

Where your money goes

Every rupee, receipted.

Most charities report activity. We publish proof. Every payment to a vendor is photographed, verified by a second person and posted to a public ledger you can read without logging in — including the money we hold but haven't yet allocated.
